Royal castles and palaces have always been associated with luxury. Châteaux of the Loire Valley, the Palace of Versailles, Neuschwanstein castle, the palace of Esterházy and many others have become real synonyms of the wealth and puissance of the rulers. Parquet floors, tapestries, collections of paintings, chic furniture and delightful interior items will not leave anyone indifferent.
Here, not only formal receptions, balls and banquets were held. In these walls, court intrigues were woven and the destinies of entire kingdoms were accomplished.
